Al recorrer las distintas zonas de la ciudad nos encontramos algunas demasiado iluminadas, otras en cambio con falta de luz. Transitamos por zonas en las que falta iluminación, mientras cuadras enteras permanecen iluminadas aunque nadie esté circulando por allí. ¿No es acaso optimizable el sistema?
